Dani Bald is a seasoned real estate professional based in Las Vegas, Nevada, with over 18 years of experience in the industry. Holding active real estate licenses in both Nevada and California, she specializes in residential real estate, catering to a diverse clientele that includes first-time homebuyers, investors, and luxury home seekers.
Originally from Los Angeles, Dani began her real estate career in California before relocating to Las Vegas in 2008. Her background includes experience in mortgage and escrow services, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate transaction process. Dani has also worked with investors and small local builders, further broadening her expertise in the field.
In addition to her real estate career, Dani is the co-founder of Bush Acres, a furniture company, and is involved in interior decorating, having dabbled in the field from 2014 to 2020. She is also active on social media, sharing insights into her professional and personal life.
Dani is known for her positive outlook and commitment to creating opportunities, as reflected in her personal motto, "Create Luck." She is dedicated to providing exceptional service to her clients and continues to be a prominent figure in the Las Vegas real estate market.

In recent years, Dani’s work has evolved to include a focused specialty she calls Downsizing with Dignity — a service shaped by both professional experience and personal insight. After helping her father navigate significant health challenges and complex housing decisions, Dani saw firsthand how overwhelming late-life transitions can be for both seniors and their families. That experience deepened her commitment to providing calm, respectful, and hands-on guidance during some of life’s most emotional moments.
Today, Dani serves as a Housing Transition Specialist, helping families thoughtfully navigate downsizing, selling longtime homes, and coordinating moves into assisted living or supportive care environments. Known for her steady communication, practical problem-solving, and compassionate approach, Dani focuses on clarity over pressure — ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and confident at every step.
